Day01:Kathmandu-Kyirung(elev220m,distance140km) (L+D) Overnight at Kyirung hotel
After breakfast driving from kathmandu to the kodari (Nepal and Chinese Border) cross the friendship bridge Passed Chinese immigration meet Tibet tour guide and driver then driving to Zhangmu.
Day02:Kyirung-Tingri(Elev4500m,Distance250km) (B+L+D) Overnight at Tingri
After breakfast continue driving along the friendship hwy to the Tingri,en-route across the two high passes Tangla(5120) and Lablung La(5125),.on top of the pass overlooking Mt.Shishapagma(8400m) and other beautiful snow mountains, Then continue drive to Tingri,overnight at Tingri Everest hotel.
Day03:Tingri--Shigatse(Elev3850,distance250km). (B+L+D) Overnight at Shigatse
After breakfast drive from Tingri to Shigatse,en-route across the Gyatso-la Pass(5200m),on the top of pass stop the jeep to view the Mt.Everest ,Makalu.Lhotse,Then continue drive to shigatse, Overnight at Shigatse ,
Day04:Shigatse-Gyantse(Elev3950m distance 90km) (B+L+D) Overnight at Gyantse
After breakfast to visit the Tashilunpo monastery ,then drive to Gyantse Afternoon to visit the Pelkor chode monastery and Kumbum stupa.Overnight at Gyantse .
Day05:Gyantse-Yamdrok-tso-Lhasa(Elev3650m,Distance 260KM). (B+L+D) Overnight at Lhasa
After breakfast drive from Gyantse to Lhasa, en-route passed the Karo-La pass view the Karo-la glacier and the Yamdrok-tso,Upon arrival Lhasa check-in hotel take rest for acclimatization.
Day06: Lhasa city tour (B+L+D) Overnight at Lhasa
Visit the Potala palace around 2hours, Then transfer to hotel go to lunch afternoon visit the Jokhang temple and Bakhor street, overnight at Lhasa
Day07: Lhasa city tour. (B+L+D) Overnight at Lhasa
Visit it the Drepung monastery about 3hours then back Lhasa city go to lunch and afternoon visit the Sera monastery and Norbulinka. Evening You will enjoy Tibetan welcome dinner with folk dance show in a Tibetan restaurant
Day08: By train To China (B+X) On train
Transfer to Lhasa train station, Then you will take train start the train trip from Lhasa(08:00) to China ,In the way you will view the north part of Tibet grassland and snow mountains with wildlife and beautiful landscape in this train line ,overnight at the train.
