Day01: China/Nepal –Lhasa (Elev3650m)
By flight arrival at Lhasa airport/by train arrival Lhasa train station. Meet our tour guide transfer to hotel
Afternoon take rest for acclimatization , Over Night at Lhasa.
Day02 Lhasa sightseeing
Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple & Barkhor Market. Overnight at Lhasa.

Day04 Lhasa/ Yamdrok lake /Gyantse
Driver from lhasa to Gyantse in the way across the Kambala pass( 4794m) you will have a glimpse of Yamdrok-tso then continue driver along of the Yamdrok-tso lake to Gyantse en-route sightseeing the Karo-la glacier .visit the Pelkor Chode monastery and Kumbum stupa. Overnight at Gyantse.

Driving to Shigatse, about 90km from Gyantse. Visit Tashilunpo Monastery. then driver to Old Tingri. When arrival at the check-in local guest house ,our guide will do preparations for the trekking - hire yak porter and yaks. Here You may have a good view of Cho Oyu. Overnight at Old Tingri

Day06 Trek to Lungchang (4500m)
Start the trekking tour from old Tingri to Lungchang camp the trekking needed 4hours with 12km
Day07 Trek to the beyond Nam- La Pass (5100m )
Begin the trekking from lungchang camp to the Nam-la Pass the trekking will needed 6hous with 21 km,200m ascents. Camping at the beyond Nam- La.
Day08 Trek to Rongphu Monastery (5100m)
Begin the trekking from Nam-la camp to the Rongbuk monastery,the trekking needed 7hours with 27km and ascent 400m,. Overnight at Rongbuk Monastery.
Day09 Trek to E.B.C ( 5200m)
This day you can have a good relax at Rongphu monastery and then head up to E.B.C. It only takes 2 hours hike to E.B.C from Rongphu, you can stay one night at E.B.C. Camping.
Day10 Everest B.C to Shigatse
Diving back to shigatse from Mt.Everest Base Camp 0vernight at Shigatse.
Day11 Shigatse / Lhasa
Driving back Lhasa by friendship Hwy, takes about 4 hours. Afternoon have a good rest at Lhasa. Overnight at Lhasa.
Day12 Lhasa airport departure
Transfer to airport flight to china/Nepal for next destination .

Tour service include
- The accommodation is base on 3star hotel standard basic on twin sharing with full board .during trekking will be tent or local guest house .
- All meals as per itinerary , and one farewell dinner at a Tibetan restaurant with cultural dance show in Lhasa , During trekking all meals will offer by our trekking cook, and during trekking offer difference of snack include dried and fresh fruit biscuit cheese candies chocolate with mineral water etc
- All monastery or scenery entrance fee as per itinerary.
